At SNWBRD, every item is made to order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your selections before placing your order.

If There’s an Issue with Your Order

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives:

Damaged

With the wrong print

Or with any other production issue

…you do not need to return the product. Simply contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

Resolution Options

Replacement Discount: If you ordered the wrong size or color, we are happy to offer a one-time discount on a replacement order.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the mistake was on our end (e.g., damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly), we’ll remake and ship your item at no cost to you.
